Chakra Out of Balance

When life is hard and stressful, our mind and body can be imbalanced. These show up as physical problems that focus around the energies that our body makes.

Reiki is one of the best ways that people can connect and address the physical problems that they will face due to the energies around them.

This happens because our physical body will reflect our energy in our bodies.  Diseases come when our energy takes over our body first and this can cause us to have physical sicknesses.  This happens when our body communicates negatively with ourselves.

Having a healthy chakra is important.  For example, when people go to the doctor for pain, and it isn’t the result of an injury, chances are that they are having an emotional problem or something deep is happening in them.

Do you wonder why the body will break down and cause sickness when the chakra is affected?  One of the best ways to block this is through the practice of Reiki.

This is a breakdown of the chakras:

First Chakra

The first chakra or the root chakra is found between the genitals and the anus.  This is where issues happen with our identity and help us to connect with the Earth.  If this chakra is not balanced, this means that there can be fears of survival or figuring out how to provide for your family.

Blockage can come in these areas after things that happen that are traumatic and changes in our lives.  There can also be lower back pain, immune related sicknesses, sciatica problems, varicose veins, diarrhea, constipation, addictions, pain in the hip, legs, knees or groin.

When Reiki is practiced, the first chakra can have better feelings of being supported and will cause your body to feel better.

Second Chakra

The second chakra or the sacral chakra is found about 2 inches below the belly button.  This deals with power, money, gender, emotions and sex.  When there is imbalance there, it can cause pelvic, hip, ob/gyn problems, lower back problems, fibroids, cysts and more.  These issues can be involved around relationships, control, sexual potency and more.

This chakra is also part of how creative we are, and it is related to the throat chakra.  If there is sexual abuse, it can block the energy in this chakra.  Reiki can help you to bring these emotions to the surface and help you to heal.

Third Chakra

The third chakra or the solar plexus chakra is found 2 inches above the belly button and it is the part that our power center involving our self-esteem and protection is.  If our energies are scattered, then it is a sign that we have given our power to someone else.  When this happens, we can have discomfort or dizziness in this solar plexus chakra.

Some of the physical problems we can face are bulimia, anorexia, adrenal functions, stomach ulcers, fatigue, indigestion and diabetes.  We might emotionally be afraid, weak, depressed, and have no self-confidence.  When we use Reiki, the blockages can be lifted, and we can do better in our lives.

Fourth Chakra

The fourth chakra or the heart chakra are located in the chest.  This part is including our divine love, how we love our selves and having consciousness.  If this chakra is not balanced, it means we might have heart issues, lung cancer, breast cancer, asthma, allergies or bronchial pneumonia.

When this happens, we might feel lonely or disconnected form ourselves.  This can cause us to feel depressed and not have compassion for other.  The Reiki can help us to be more compassionate and can help us to accept love from other people.

Fifth Chakra

The fifth chakra or the throat chakra is in the throat and it helps us to talk the truth.  Part of this deals with creativity and communicating.  The physical part of this is if you have TMJ or a sore throat, swollen glands or thyroid problems.

If we face this, it can mean that we are afraid and worry about being judged.  This can lead to addictions.  If you use Reiki it can clear the chakra and help you to follow your dreams.

Sixth Chakra

The sixth chakra or the third eye is found between the eyebrows.  This helps us to see things that aren’t physical and are in the spirit world.  This is part of clairvoyance.  When this is imbalanced it can cause issues such as strokes, brain tumors, issues with the brain, seizures and more.

When this happens, it causes us not to trust our intuition and makes us afraid of things.  Reiki can help us to unblock the chakra and to find our intuition.

Seventh Chakra

The seventh chakra or the crown chakra is found at the top of the head and helps us to talk to the Universe.  This is where we trust.  This is also where we get guidance from our sources.  When this chakra doesn’t have balance, it causes depression, exhaustion and other physical problems.

We can emotionally not let go of our stress or anxiety and can cause us to not trust in a higher power.

If you can work with a Reiki practitioner, they can help you to find the right balance in your chakra.  It is important that you need to rebalance your energy and do this by eating healthy and by meditating.
